Terms of service

Last updated Oct 13, 2026 · Privacy

The agreement

These terms are between you and Manifest Services (“we”, “us”), based in St. George, Utah, United States, which runs Manifest at sharemanifest.com. By signing in you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Manifest.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email, and are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your trips are yours

You own what you put into Manifest: your trips, plans, ideas and notes. You give us permission to store, process and show that content only as needed to run Manifest for you, including showing it to the people you share it with.

Only add content you have the right to share, and remember that anyone you invite to a trip can change it, and anyone with a view-only link can see its calendar.

Check the important things

Manifest reads bookings from your email and the descriptions you type using AI, and gets travel times and opening hours from Google. All of these can be wrong or out of date. Before you rely on a time, a date, a confirmation number or a route, check it with the airline, hotel or venue. We aren’t responsible for a missed flight, a closed restaurant or a booking Manifest read incorrectly.

Fair use

Please don’t:

  • Break the law, or use Manifest to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
  • Try to reach other people’s trips or data, or get around the limits on how much of Manifest one account can use.
  • Scrape, overload or automate Manifest, or use it to send data it wasn’t built to handle.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that does these things.

The service

Manifest is free today and still being built. Features will change, some may go away, and we may set limits on how much any one account can use. If we ever start charging, we’ll tell you before anything costs you money, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Connecting Gmail and using Google sign-in are also subject to Google’s own terms.

Leaving

You can stop using Manifest at any time, and delete your account yourself from the Account page in your profile menu (or ask us to, at privacy@sharemanifest.com). We can also end these terms or close Manifest; if we close it, we’ll give you notice and a way to take your trips with you.

No guarantees

Manifest is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be available, accurate or free of errors, and we disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed travel, lost bookings, lost data or lost profits), and our total liability for anything to do with Manifest is limited to US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that goes to court will be heard in the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Utah. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, you keep that right.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect; using Manifest after that means you accept the new terms.
